Blackberry | Strawberry | Sarsaparilla
Iwariti. In Amharic, it means "love and persistence." That's the coffee.
This natural-process Yirgacheffe comes from the Gedeb Coffee Processing Station, positioned at 2,000–2,200 meters in one of Ethiopia's most storied growing regions. The community surrounding Gedeb has built something worth protecting here — seasonal employment, sustainable practices, and a reputation for coffee that earns its name.
Natural processing means the coffee seeds dry inside the whole fruit. The result is wild, fruit-forward, and unmistakably Ethiopian — blackberry jam, fresh strawberry, and a deep sarsaparilla finish that lingers.
