Pinot Noir | Red Plum | Meyer Lemon | Velvety
From the Guji Zone of southern Ethiopia — one of the most celebrated coffee-growing regions on earth.
This coffee comes from the Kercha Coffee Processing Station, where a network of smallholder farmers bring in hand-picked coffee seeds from indigenous Arabica varieties grown at 1,900–2,200 meters. The altitude, volcanic soils, and cool temperatures do a lot of the work. The farmers — many of them continuing traditions passed down for generations — do the rest.
Washed and processed with care, this is a coffee that's precise and expressive. The cup is clean and structured, with the depth of a pinot noir, the sweetness of ripe red plum, and a bright meyer lemon finish that keeps you coming back.
