The heart and concept of the Razzle-Dazzle Blend derives from the experimentational energy that our farmers represent. Over the past few months, we at Mad Lab have been very excited about pushing the boundaries of our Co-Ferment coffees. On their own, these coffees are bright, vivid, and full of life, but can be unfamiliar to the day-to-day coffee drinker.
Because of this, we decided to try mixing our co-ferment coffees with our washed coffees, and we were pleasantly surprised by the outcome. We feel this coffee is approachable while also maintaining the blissfulness of a co-ferment and are excited to introduce our community to this wonderful blend.
