Iwariti Natural is a production that has roots in the Ididio Cooperative in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It's not "Idido" as the name usually implies, it's a production overseen by Ashenafi Argaw directly using his own fermentation techniques and selection of cherry.

Iwariti has a strong presence at any cupping table with its depth of flavor that could create libraries of tasting notes. Within every sip you'll notice a deep sweetness that can be attributed to a juicy yellow pear, along with the crisp and uplifting flavors of a cool Napa Chardanay on a hot summer day. Once the coffee cools, the tasting notes shift to resemble the essence of a refreshing beverage containing Peach Schnapps. This coffee will brighten any morning with its exquisite flavor profile, and we are more than excited to share it with you all!
